Chef Leong has developed his own unique culinary style and flair through experiences at prestigious five star hotels in Hong Kong. He has also visited overseas establishments as guest chef, showcasing his culinary skills while learning new cooking styles and trends.
He specializes in Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine and has a unique cooking style. He takes pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients to complement his best-loved seafood dishes. He also strives for creativity in both menu creation and food presentation to keep his customers coming back for more.
